Are there a limited number of
ReservationMasters OttawaGolf Club spots at each course per day?
Yes. We have a number of spots at each course per day. These spots
are reserved on a first come first serve basis up to 7 days in
advance. To ensure member satisfaction, ReservationMasters
OttawaGolf Club will add spots and bring on more courses as
membership levels increase. We want every member to be a lifetime
member!
-
How many members will you have?
Our membership number is directly proportionate to the amount of
golf spots that we will be offering to start the season. Our program
is not about signing as many members as we can. It's about making
sure that the members that do join can play as much golf as
possible. We monitor that very carefully to ensure we have happy,
loyal members. We ensure that there is more than enough golf for our
members to play on any given day.
-
Are there specific t-times allocated to
ReservationMasters OttawaGolf Club?
There are no specific t-times allocated to the club. Members select
their own t-times.
-
Are there any restrictions on t-times?
Members are not restricted unless
specified by the course. There are some weekend restrictions listed on the
club home page.
-
If we join as a group, do we have to always
play together?
Club members can play individually or as a group regardless of
how they join, but members can play together if they wish.
-
If we book a tee time with more than one
member do we get billed individually?
ReservationMasters OttawaGolf Club charges the booking member member
for all the spots reserved for each booking. Take turns booking or
collect from your friends.
-
Do your rates include cart?
Our rates do not include carts unless otherwise specified on the
club home page
-
Do I show my membership card at the course and
pay them the discounted rates?
Members reserve a Club spot and book the t-time at the course on our
website, and then simply sign-in and present your membership card
upon arrival at the course. Green fees are not paid at any partner
course.
-
Can I just show up at the course with my
member card and play?
Members must reserve a spot via our website before showing up at the
course. If a member shows up at a partner course without having
reserved a spot they will have to pay the full course rate if they
wish to play.
-
Can I book a time before I get my card?
Please wait for your card to come before making a reservation as a
club member.
The mail is not always as dependable as we would like. You must
have your membership card in hand when you go play. If you don’t
have it you will have to pay for both the green fee at the course as
well as your RM club reservation so please be patient and wait for
your card to arrive before you book.
-
Can I pick my membership card up?
No.
Membership cards are mailed directly to you. Please allow 7-10
business days after the online registration.
-
I want to bring a guest, but the system does
not offer me the guest option when I book. What's going on?
Some courses do not allow guests. Also there must be enough club
spots available for both you and your guest. If there is only one
spot available you will not be offered the option to bring a guest.
-
I see some RM spots available where I want to
play but there are no tee times at that course. Why is that?
When a course has a full field tournament the tee times are all used
up by the event. This means that our spots remain in our inventory
since our players are unable to use them that day.
-
Can I get my friends member numbers from you?
For security reasons we will not release member numbers by phone.
Please get your fiends numbers from your friends.
-
Is my ReservationMasters OttawaGolf Club
membership transferable?
Memberships are non-transferable. Only the card holder is entitled
to use the membership card. You must sign your card on the back and
you may be asked to present photo ID with a matching signature when
you play.
