Reservation Masters Golf Club Help

ALL RM Club Member’s Reservations Must Be Made On This Website.

If you do not reserve your spot with RM through this website you will have to pay full price to the course.

• Login with your Last Name and chosen Password.
   

• As a member of the RM golf club you will automatically placed in the Members Bookings page.
   

  • NB: At the top of the page you can select Public Bookings if you wish to play a course without  using your RM membership. Please note that any rounds booked on the public booking section will not be billed by RM so you will be paying the full green fee at the course.

  • Members are automatically started in the members section so if you always want to book as a member you should not use the Public bookings button.
     

• The sheet where you see available member’s rounds looks like this. NOTE : This is just an example list

 

• The numbers in the chart (above) indicates how many "RM spots" are available.
   
• Choose the course and the day you would like to play by selecting the number in the matrix.
  
  ie: The Demo Booking course for Friday has 4 membership spots remaining. Clicking on the 4 will take you to the available tee times screen.

• Select your time by clicking on the balls for the time you wish to play. Note each ball indicates the availability for one golfer.

• In this example we will book one player in each category. This booking uses 3 "RM spots".

• Player 1 - Yourself
• Player 2 - Mr Wilson - RM Member
  Players who belong to the Reservation Masters club. You will be charged the standard discounted rate for these members unless they have prepaid rounds.
• Player 3 - Mr Smith - RM Guest
  Players who you which to take to the course under your membership. If we have enough available spots to accommodate you and your guests these players are given approximately a 20% discount off the courses regular full rate. You will be billed for this player.
• Player 4 - Mr Jones - Green Fee Player
  Players not playing on RM spots. These players will deal directly with the golf course either by green fee or other membership.
   

• Selecting the 'Book' button will take you to the payment page.

• Your charge card information is kept on file and your account is debited each time you reserve
   
• The booking member is billed for the fees for the RM Guest as indicated as well as any other RM club members, unless the additional members have prepaid round credits. Green Fee Players pay the regular green fee at the course as usual.
   
• The system will take you to My Bookings section. Which will indicate the status of the booking. There are three possible states:
  • Accepted The course has received and acknowledged your booking.
  • Pending This request has not yet been received by the course, but it is in queue, and will be acknowledged shortly.
  • Declined This tee time cannot be accepted by the course. Please try again

Refresh a few times, it may take a minute or two for the course to accept the booking.

If it remains pending for more than a few minutes:

• Bookings that remain pending for more than just a couple of minutes are tentative – this occurs when a course is offline. There is a possibility that it could be declined once the course resumes its connection; if they have already taken that time in the proshop.
• You may cancel and book elsewhere, rather than risk being declined
• Reservation Masters is not responsible for maintaining the internet connection for the course. We do have protocols in the booking software which will re-establish the connection when dropped. Unfortunately it is not always possible to re-establish, depending on the circumstances of the disconnection.

When you go to the course:

• Present your membership card at the proshop. You will not be charged by the course
  If you forget your card at home or lose it you will be required to pay the full green fee at the course.

Club Rules

• Memberships are non-transferable. Pro shop staff will check IDs of members to be sure that the cards belong to the person using it. Cards being used by anyone other than the person they are issued to will be cancelled.
   
• Your membership card must be signed on the back 
   
• You may reserve one round per day.
   
•  You may play as many rounds as you like through the term of your membership
   
• Cancellations are made through the My Bookings page. Press the Cancel button beside the round that you wish to cancel. No further action is required if you are cancelling more than 24 hours in advance of your tee time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are allowed only in cases of inclement weather.
   
• If your card is lost, we will deactivate it and replace it in timely fashion.
  • You will not be able to play as a member until you have your new card.
  • You are responsible for any rounds played on your card prior to notifying us of it's loss..
